Resepi Cheese Cracker Cake (Freezer) - kak em

Ingredients :
250 g Philadelphia Cheese
250 g butter
100 g castor sugar
3 packs cheese cracker
275ml fresh milk
loyang

Methods :
  1. Make cream cheese by beating cheese, butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Dip crackers with fresh milk and immediately arrange 5 pcs horizontal and 3 pcs vertical on 'loyang'
  3. Apply 1st layer with cream cheese.
  4. Repeat step 2 and 3 until cream cheese finish
P/S : Do not dip the cracker to long. Dip for few seconds because wet crackers is mainly to stick the crackers on the 'loyang'
